(A) The following are regulations for all wall signs and free-standing signs for all uses except that such regulations shall not be applicable to free-standing signs in shopping centers, business parks, office buildings and other commercial multi-tenant developments and out parcels in said developments. Signs allowed without a permit are found in § 155.152 of this chapter. Certain pole signs are also allowed in the G-B, M-1 and M-2 Zoning Districts and are regulated by § 155.156(C) of this chapter. Wall signs shall also be governed per § 155.155(A) of this chapter; free-standing signs per § 155.156(B) of this chapter. Supplemental directory/directional signs are permitted per § 155.156(C) of this chapter. All other signs are prohibited:
