§ 31.27 SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS.
   (A)   Appointment and compensation. The Superintendent of Streets shall be appointed by the Town Manager. The Board of Commissioners shall fix his compensation.

   (B)   Duties. The Superintendent of Streets shall perform such duties and exercise such authority as may be assigned him by the Town Manager.
