§ 94.66 SUPERVISION.

Outdoor fireplaces shall be under constant supervision by at least one responsible person of the age of 18 or older, from the ignition of the fire until the fire is cold to touch, when pit or fireplace is extinguished to prohibit the fire from rekindling.
