§ 94.62 SIZE.

The fuel area for an outdoor fireplace shall not be larger than three feet in diameter, and a height of more than three feet above ground. No ground pits shall be dug and used as a fire pit; only approved outdoor fireplaces as defined herein shall be allowed.
