§ 152.01 ADOPTION OF STATE MODEL HOUSING CODE BY REFERENCE.
   The Board of Commissioners of the town pursuant to the authority conferred by state law , does hereby adopt the state Model Housing Code. The provisions of the state Model Housing Code are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
