All services having load management equipment installed will be bound by all existing and future local and state ordinances against tampering, by-passing, removing or otherwise altering the operation of such equipment, and shall be subject and liable to all fines and penalties associated with violation of these subchapters. Any action by either the customer and/or their contractors to prevent, alter or impede the operation of the load management equipment shall be deemed a violation of this subchapter and the electric service agreement.
