§ 150.17 ENFORCEMENT OF HOUSING CODE.

The Building Inspector shall be responsible for the enforcement of any ordinances or codes adopted by the governing body relating to the repair, closing, and demolition of dwellings unfit for human habitation, pursuant to state law.
