§ 150.16 ENFORCEMENT OF BUILDING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The inspectors designated in § 150.15 are hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to enforce within the town limits and the extraterritorial jurisdiction all the provisions of the General Statutes of North Carolina and the regulatory codes adopted by § 150.02.
   (B)   The inspectors designated in § 150.15 shall have the right of entry on any premises within the jurisdiction of the regulatory codes herein adopted at reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection or enforcement of the requirements of this chapter and the regulatory codes adopted by § 150.02, upon presentation of proper credentials.
