(A) The Board of Commissioners may from time to time establish a schedule of rates to be charged by taxicabs for transporting passengers. The schedule so established shall remain in effect until changed by the Board. The schedule shall at all times be prominently displayed in each and every taxicab, so as to be visible to passengers therein. The current schedule of rates is on file in the office of the Town Clerk.

(B) Every taxicab operated within the geographical jurisdiction of this chapter shall at all times have prominently displayed therein, in a place readily visible to all passengers, a schedule of the rates, fares, and charges for the use of such taxicab.
