§ 100.32 CARTS OR VEHICLES BLOCKING SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAYS.
   (A)   No person shall stop or park any push- or pu11-cart, bicycle, or other vehicle used for hauling any articles of merchandise for charge or hire upon any sidewalk or between the curb of any street and private property line, or in any driveway leading from the street to a private driveway or private property, in front of any business establishment in the town.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle on any sidewalk in the town.
