It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to sell, offer to sell, barter, or exchange any fruits, vegetables, farm products, meats, poultry, flowers, potted plants, oysters, seafoods, goods, wares, merchandise, or any other thing whatsoever from any automobile, truck, wagon, cart, stand, or container parked, placed, or standing upon or within the area between any street and sidewalk.
