Section 3.2 METHOD OF ELECTION OF MAYOR AND BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS.
   The mayor and the members of the board of commissioners shall be elected by the qualified voters of the town at large in the manner provided by Article IV.
(Session Laws of 1965, Chapter 79 § 3.2)
