It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on the operator's left side of any street within the town; provided, that on one-way streets vehicles may be parked either on the operator's right or left side of any such street, unless signs or markings are placed, erected or installed indicating no parking zones on either one or both sides of any such street.
