§ 70.52 POLICE CARD AS OFFICIAL SUMMONS TO APPEAR IN COURT.
   In cases of violation of any section of this traffic code by drivers or occupants of vehicles who have left the vehicle unattended, police cards designating the section violated and attached to the vehicle, shall constitute legal summons to appear at court and shall in all respects be as effective as a personal summons.
