§ 70.29 APPLICATION TO PERSONS PROPELLING PUSH CARTS, RIDING BICYCLES OR ANIMALS.

Every person propelling any push cart, or riding a bicycle or any animal upon a roadway, as well as every person driving any animal-drawn vehicle, shall be subject to the provisions of this traffic code which are applicable to any driver of any vehicle, except those provisions of this traffic code which, by their very nature, can have no application.
