§ 33.23 RESPONSIBILITY OF CONDUCTING ELECTIONS.
   (A)   The authority and responsibility of conducting elections shall be that of the Board of Elections and Voter Registration of the county as set forth by ordinance duly passed by the governing body of the municipality and governed by the code of laws of the state.
   (B)   The Board of Elections and Voter Registration of the county will use local town residents as poll workers for the town municipal election.
