1053.06   RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.
   The City shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The City may contract with the County General Health District to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions. However, it should be noted that the standards set forth herein and promulgated pursuant to this chapter are minimum standards; therefore, this chapter does not intend or imply that compliance by any person will ensure that there will be no contamination, pollution, or unauthorized discharge of pollutants.
