(a) The fees for admission to the swimming pool facility are governed by Ordinance No. 45-15, passed April 13, 2015. The use of the swimming pool facilities shall, because of limited accommodations, be limited as set forth therein. Any unauthorized entry into the swimming pool facility shall be considered at a minimum to be a trespass and punishable in accordance with Part Six of these Codified Ordinances.
