630.10 SEIZURE AND DESTRUCTION OF GAMBLING DEVICES.

Upon adjudication by a court that any apparatus, books, tickets, tokens, tables, machines, instruments or devices were kept, used, maintained or intended for the purpose of gambling in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or of State law, the court shall forthwith order the destruction of all such property by the Police Division.
