290.01 COMPLIANCE WITH ORDERS AND JUDGMENTS.

   No person shall disobey or resist a lawful order, rule, judgment or command of the Mayor's Court or any officer thereof.

290.02 UNLAWFUL RESCUE OF PERSONS OR PROPERTY.

   No person shall rescue or attempt to rescue another person or any property in the custody of the Mayor's Court or any officer thereof when such person or property is lawfully be held by the Court or such officer.

290.03 FAILURE TO APPEAR.

   No person shall fail to appear before the Mayor's Court when lawfully ordered to appear.

290.04 CLERK OF COURTS COMPUTER SERVICES FUND.

   There is hereby established in and for the City a Clerk of Courts Computer Services Fund, in which shall be deposited ten dollars ($10.00) paid by each offender as an additional court cost of the Mayor's Court, which Fund shall be utilized to computerize the Clerk of Court operations. The Fund shall be used by the Mayor's Court to pay only those costs it incurs in providing computer services for the Clerk of Court.

290.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of contempt of court, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense.
