268.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

   There is hereby established an ADA Parking Violation Fund Review Board consisting of four members. The City ADA Coordinator shall serve as Chair of said Board with one member being a member of Council appointed by the Council President and two appointed by the Mayor with concurrence of Council.

268.02 COMPENSATION.

   Members of the ADA Parking Violation Fund Review Board shall serve without compensation.

268.03 FUNCTION.

   The Chair of the Board shall call for meetings of the Board from time to time to review applications for the expenditure of funds collected by the City from ADA parking violation fines based upon standards and criteria established by the Board in determining the eligibility requirements for recipients of said funds.
