Pursuant to Article IV, Section 12, of the City Charter, the following places are hereby designated as posting methods and places for the posting of all ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations and reports required by law to be published or posted:
(a) Electronically City’s website; and
(b) City Hall 36080 Chester Road

The Clerk of Council shall require a legend in a conspicuous location upon each ordinance and/or resolution submitted for Council action identifying the person who drafted the ordinance and/or resolution. The Clerk of Council shall not include on the meeting agenda of Council any ordinances and/or resolutions which are not so identified.
