(A) That an Unclaimed Water Utility Deposit Policy be established to the effect that unclaimed water utility deposits shall become the property of the municipal water utility and shall be receipted into the operation fund after being unclaimed for a period of seven years after the termination of services for which the deposit was made.
(B) That an Unclaimed Electric Utility Deposit Policy be established to the effect that unclaimed electric utility deposits shall become the property of the municipal electric utility and shall be receipted into the operation fund after being unclaimed for a period of seven years after the termination of services for which the deposit was made.
(C) That an Unclaimed Wastewater Utility Deposit Policy be established pursuant to I.C. 36-9-23-28 to the effect that unclaimed sewer utility deposits shall become the property of the municipal sewer utility and shall be receipted into the operation fund after being unclaimed for a period of seven years after the termination of the service for which the deposit was made.
