§ 72.09 SLOW MOVING VEHICLE SIGN.

All golf carts must display on the back of the golf cart a "slow moving vehicle" emblem in accordance with I.C. 9-21-1-3 and each golf cart shall have an orange flag or pendant that extends at least seven feet above the pavement, affixed to it.
