§ 91.10 ANIMALS UTILIZED IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND PUBLIC SAFETY.

Animals utilized in work pertaining to public safety and law enforcement, during that time that they are utilized by their owners, agents, and/or trainers for performance of law enforcement or public safety duties, shall be exempt from provisions of this chapter.
