§ 50.03 INSPECTION FEE FOR CONNECTION TO THE WATER AND SEWER UTILITIES.
   (A)   All connections to any main which supplies water from the town water utility shall be made and all work shall be done at the expense of the applicant, who shall also furnish materials necessary for the work. All connections shall be made under the supervision of the Utility Superintendent, and no connections shall be covered until the work has been inspected by him or her. Applications for connections shall be made to the Clerk-Treasurer, and an inspection fee of $500 shall be paid for each connection.
   (B)   All connections to any main ultimately connecting to any sanitary sewer distribution lines of the town sewer utility shall be made and all work shall be done at the expense of the applicant, who shall also furnish materials necessary for the work. All connections shall be made under the supervision of the Utility Superintendent, and no connections shall be covered until the work has been inspected by him or her. Applications for connections shall be made to the Clerk-Treasurer, and an inspection fee of $1,000 shall be paid for each connection.
