§ 34.02 HOLIDAYS.
   (A)   It shall be the policy of the town that all employees receive the same number of holidays each year, and these holidays are designated as:
      (1)   New Year’s Day;
      (2)   President's Day;
      (3)   Good Friday;
      (4)   Memorial Day;
      (5)   Fourth of July;
      (6)   Labor Day;
      (7)   Veterans Day;
      (8)   Thanksgiving Day;
      (9)   Day after Thanksgiving Day;
      (10)   Christmas Eve; and
      (11)   Christmas Day.
   (B)   Employees, as hereinabove defined in § 34.01, shall be compensated for said holidays at their regular rate of pay.
