(A) (1) For the first violation of § 91.02 there shall be a $10 fine. However, if the fine is paid at the Ordinance Violations Bureau at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office in the Town Hall on or before two business days from the date the offense is committed, then the fine shall be reduced to the sum of $5.
(2) For the second and subsequent violations of § 91.02 there shall be a fine of $25. However, if the offending party pays the fine on or before two business days from the date the offense is committed at the Ordinance Violations Bureau in the Town Hall, then in that event the fine shall be reduced to the sum of $15.
(B) Any person violating § 91.09 shall be fined a fine of $100.
(C) All other violations of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of $25.
(D) Every day that a violation of this chapter is committed shall be deemed a separate violation of this chapter.
