§ 91.05 CRUEL TREATMENT OF ANIMALS PROHIBITED.

No person shall cruelly treat any animal within the town in any way, to include but not be restricted to inhumanely beating, underfeeding, failing to provide shelter from the elements, failing to provide water, overloading or abandoning.
