(A) It shall be unlawful to harbor or keep any animal that is a public nuisance.
(B) In the event that any public nuisance pertaining to animals, as defined in § 91.01, is not abated within 24 hours, the person(s) or entity(ies) so harboring the nuisance may be found guilty of violating this chapter and may be fined for each violation. Each 24-hour period that the public nuisance is not abated shall be considered a separate violation of this chapter.
