§ 20.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to control or eliminate stormwater pollution along with soil erosion and sedimentation within the city. It establishes standards and specifications for conservation practices and planning activities that minimize stormwater pollution, soil erosion and sedimentation.
