Subd. 1. No sale of liquor by an on-sale licensee may be made between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the days of Monday through Saturday, nor after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, except as provided in § 5.65.

Subd. 2. No sale of intoxicating liquor may be made by an off-sale licensee:
A. On Sundays, except between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.;
B. Before 8:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday;
C. On Thanksgiving Day;
D. On Christmas Day, December 25; or
E. After 8:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve, December 24.
