§ 5.31 LIQUOR LICENSE FEES.
   Subd. 1.   The annual on-sale liquor license fee is $2,250.
   Subd. 2.   The annual off-sale liquor fee is $560, which license fee may be reduced to an annual license fee to $460 for licensees who satisfy the following conditions:
      A.   The licensee agrees to have a private vendor train all employees within 60 days of hire and annually thereafter in laws pertaining to the sale of alcohol, the rules for identification checks and the responsibilities of establishments serving intoxicating liquors;
      B.   The licensee agrees to post a policy requiring identification checks for all persons appearing to be 30 years old or less; and
      C.   A cash award and incentive program is established by the licensee, to award employees who catch underage drinkers, and a penalty program is established to punish employees in the event of a failed compliance check.
   Subd. 3.   The annual club on-sale liquor license fee is $300 for clubs with less than 500 members; $500 for clubs with over 500 members.
   Subd. 4.   The annual special Sunday on-sale license fee is $200.
   Subd. 5.   The daily intoxicating liquor/on-sale temporary license fee is $75.
   Subd. 6.   The annual brew pub on-sale liquor license fee is $2,250.
   Subd. 7.   The annual special Sunday brew pub on-sale liquor license fee is $200.
   Subd. 8.   The annual brew pub off-sale liquor license fee is $100.
   Subd. 9.   The annual Sunday growler off-sale license is $25.
   Subd. 10.   The annual small brewer off-sale license is $100.
   Subd. 11.   The annual brewer tap room license is $300.
