It is unlawful for any:
Subd. 1. Person to knowingly induce another to make an illegal sale or purchase of 3.2% malt liquor;
Subd. 2. Licensee to sell or serve 3.2% malt liquor to any person who is obviously intoxicated;
Subd. 3. Licensee to sell 3.2% malt liquor on any day, or during any hour, when the sales are not permitted by law;
Subd. 4. Licensee to allow consumption of 3.2% malt liquor on licensed premises on any day when sales of 3.2% malt liquor are not permitted by law; and/or
Subd. 5. Person to purchase 3.2% malt liquor on any day, or during any hour, when sales of 3.2% malt liquor are not permitted by law.
