A licensee shall not transfer this license to another, nor shall a licensee operate an adult-oriented business under the authority of a license at any place other than the address designated in the application. Adult-oriented establishments in existence prior to the adoption of this chapter shall be allowed to transfer liquor and adult-oriented business licenses together with approval of the Austin City Council.
