The following lands are included in the Rural Service District.
Subd. 1. The N½ of the SEQ of Section 5, Township 102 North, Range 18 West, that lies west of 27th Street S.W., except those parts thereof described in Deeds recorded in Book 238 of Deeds, page 131, and in Book 253 of Deeds, page 59, and in Book 253 of Deeds, page 203. and in Book 256 of Deeds, page 201, and in Book 271 of Deeds, page 325, in the office of the County Recorder in and for Mower County, Minnesota, and excepting all highway right-of-way.
Subd. 2. Commencing at the southwest corner of the SW¼ of Section 4, Township 102, Range 18 West; hereinafter called the point of beginning; thence east 406 feet along the south line of said quarter section, at a deflection angle of 90 degrees, 17 feet left to the southeast corner of the tract being described; thence north 1,324.62 feet at a deflection angle of 89 degrees, 43 feet left along a line parallel to and 406 feet easterly of the west line of said quarter section; thence west 406 feet at a deflection angle of 90 degrees, 17 feet to the left; thence south 1,324.62 feet at a deflection angle of 89 degrees, 35 feet to the left back to the point of beginning which point is the southwest corner of the southwest quarter of Section 4, Township 102, Range 18W.

Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Conlon and Johnson Addition to the City of Austin, this point also being in the south line of said addition; thence easterly along said south line to the east property line of 14th Street SE; thence northerly along said east property line to the south property line of 4th Avenue SE; thence east 494.04 feet along the south property line of 4th Avenue SE, this point also being the NW corner of Ellis Junior High School property; thence southerly along the west line of the Junior High School property until this line intersects the centerline of 6th Avenue SE; thence westerly along the centerline of 6th Avenue SE until it intersects the centerline of 15th Street SE extended southerly; thence southerly along the extension of said 15th Street SE until it intersects the centerline of 7th Avenue SE extended westerly; thence easterly along the centerline of said 7th Avenue SE to a point which is 33 feet north of the NW corner of Lot 2, Block 4, Oak Tower Addition to the City of Austin, this point also being on the west line of said Oak Tower Addition; thence southerly on the west line of said addition 163 feet to the SW corner of Lot 2 Block 4 of said addition, this point also being on the south line of said addition; thence easterly on the extension of this south line to the west property line of Trunk Highway #218 South; thence southwesterly along said west property line to the south line of Section 1 Township 102 North, Range 18 West, Mower County, Minnesota; thence westerly along the south line of said Section 1 to the SW corner of said section, this point also being the SE corner of Section 2, Township 102 North, Range 18 West, and the center line of 8th Avenue SE; thence northerly along the east line of Section 2, 33 feet to the north property line of 8th Avenue SE; thence westerly along the north property line of 8th Avenue SE until it intersects the east right-of-way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad; thence northerly along said right-of-way to the intersection of the west line of the SEQ of Section 2; thence northerly on the west line of said section to a point 608 feet south of the south property line of 4th Avenue SE; thence easterly at a right angle 231 feet; thence northerly 407 feet to the SW corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Conlon and Johnson Addition and the point of beginning.
Subd. 4. Beginning at the intersection of the east property line of Trunk Highway #218 South and the centerline of 1st Avenue SE extended easterly; thence continuing easterly on an extension of 1st Avenue SE, a distance of 1,019 feet, this point also being on the west property line of the Austin Municipal Airport; thence southerly along the west property line of said airport until it intersects the south line of Section 1, Township 102 North, Range 18 West, Mower County, Minnesota; thence westerly along the south line of said Section 1 until it intersects the east property line of Trunk Highway #218 South; thence northerly along said east right-of-way to the point of beginning.

(C.S.A.H No. 27); thence westerly along south property line of 18th Avenue 660.95 feet; thence southerly at a deflection angle to the left of 89 degrees, 38 feet, 45 inches, a distance of 641.14 feet; thence westerly at a deflection angle to the right of 89 degrees, 38 feet, 45 inches, a distance of 672.77 feet; thence northerly at a deflection angle to the right of 90 degrees, 21 feet, 15 inches, a distance of 630.60 feet to the south right-of-way line of 18th Avenue N.W.; thence westerly along the south right-of-way of 18th Avenue a distance of 294.18 feet; thence southerly to the point of beginning.

Commencing at a point on the east line of the SE¼ of Section 9, Township 102 North, Range 18 West, that is 64 rods south of the northeast corner thereof, which point is also the northeast corner of the south one-fifth of the north half of the southeast quarter of Section 9; thence north 528 feet; thence west 825 feet; thence south 528 feet; thence east 825 feet to the point of beginning.

All that part of the S½ SW¼, Section 5, Township 102 North, Range 18 West, except the west 198.0 feet thereof, which lies south and east of Interstate Highway No. 90 and south of the south line of fifth Avenue S.W. extended west from Nob Hill 2nd Addition; as the same is platted and recorded in the office of the County Recorder; being part of the S½ SW¼, Section 5, Township 102 North, Range 18 West, and containing 49 acres more or less; subject to highway easement on the east side thereof.
Subd. 8. All that part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28 and of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, all in Township 103 North, Range 18 West, lying west of the west right of way line of State Highway No. 218, in Mower County, Minnesota; EXCEPT: All that part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 103 North, Range 18 West, Mower County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 33, thence North 88 degrees 54 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of 577.24 feet, on an assumed bearing on the south line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter, to the point of beginning; thence North 00 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 1314.32 feet, parallel with the west line of said Northeast Quarter, to a point on the North line thereof; thence North 88 degrees 44 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 879.27 feet, on the north line of said Northeast Quarter, to a point on the west right-of-way line of the U.S. Highway No. 218; thence South 01 degrees 18 minutes 35 seconds East a distance of 1316.36 feet, on the west right-of-way line of said U.S. Highway No. 218 and a southerly extension thereof, to a point on the south line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 88 degrees 54 minutes 29 seconds West a distance of 896.95 feet, on the south line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter, to the point of beginning.
