Subd. 1. The Chief of Police may, upon the recommendation of the City Engineer, with the consent of the Council, prohibit left turns entirely or during specified hours, at certain intersections.
Subd. 2. It is unlawful for any person to make a left turn at any intersection sign-posted prohibiting the same or make a left turn during the hours of the sign-posted prohibition.
