§ 6.99. PENALTY.
   Every person who violates a section, subdivision, paragraph or provision of this chapter when he performs an act thereby prohibited or declared unlawful, or fails to act when such failure is thereby prohibited or declared unlawful, and upon determination thereof shall be subject to:
   A.   License suspension or revocation;
   B.   Imposition of a civil fine up to $2,000; and/or
   C.   Punishment as for a misdemeanor.
   In the event a person is convicted of a misdemeanor and fined pursuant thereto, no civil fine shall be levied against that person.
