Subd. 1. Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
A. JUNK DEALER. Any person who collects or accumulates, for any purpose, scrap metal, cloth, paper, glass, bones or inoperable motor vehicles.
Subd. 2. License required. It is unlawful for any person to be a junk dealer without a license therefor from the city.
Subd. 3. Restriction. No license shall be granted to any person for operation upon premises contrary to any zoning provision of the City Code or other law.
