(A) The city shall sample and analyze the flow of industrial waste to determine the concentration and total quantity of BOD and TSS under average conditions to corroborate the data reported by the industrial user per the city sewer rate ordinance.
(B) In cases where the contract method is used, billing by the city shall be made as stipulated in the city sewer rate ordinance.
(C) Any clause or section in this chapter, which calls for a billing on a regular basis at variable or fixed rates shall be billed according to the rates and charges set forth in the city sewer rate ordinance.
