All significant industrial users, as defined in § 51.002, shall install a surveillance or monitoring manhole and all persons discharging into the public sewer system industrial waste mixtures of BOD greater than a 200 mg/l or TSS of 225 mg/l shall provide a monitoring manhole. Monitoring manhole locations shall not be changed without prior approval of the Wastewater Superintendent.
