§ 51.106  SAMPLES TO BE TAKEN FOR MEASUREMENTS.
   In all instances, the measurement of BOD, TSS, or chemical content of industrial waste water shall be measured from samples taken at the monitoring manhole within the boundaries of the property or at the next manhole downstream from the owner’s property.
