§ 51.085  AUTHORITY OF BOARD; COMPLIANCE WITH ORDINANCES AND STATE LAW.
   (A)   The installation, construction, or extension of interceptor sewers outside the corporate limits of the city, shall be governed solely by the City Council and any connection to the interceptor shall be subject to the provisions of § 51.086 and I.C. 36-9-25-1 et seq.
   (B)   Any existing significant industrial user located beyond the city limits and discharging into the city sewer system shall submit a discharge permit application, in accordance with § 51.123, within 90 days of the effective date of this chapter, or in the case a valid permit exists and does not violate any part of this chapter, shall not have to reapply until the permit expiration date. New significant industrial users located beyond the city limits shall submit such applications to the Wastewater Superintendent at least 90 days prior to any proposed discharge into the POTW.
   (C)   Alternately, the Wastewater Superintendent may enter into an agreement with the neighboring jurisdiction in which the significant industrial user is located to provide for the implementation and enforcement of pretreatment program requirements against said industrial user.
