§ 51.067  INSURANCE.
   Any person constructing a building sewer shall, on application for a permit to so construct the building sewer, agree to secure adequate insurance to hold harmless the city and the City Council, from all damage, loss, or claims of any person whatsoever arising out of the construction of the building sewer.
