§ 51.062  EXCAVATIONS.
   All excavations required for the installation of a building sewer shall be open trench work unless otherwise approved by the Wastewater Superintendent. Pipe laying and backfill shall be performed in accordance with A.S.T.M. specifications (Designation C-12), except that no backfill shall be placed until the work has been inspected by the Wastewater Superintendent or his or her representatives.
