Any person who shall neglect, or fail, to correct any defect in the installation of a building sewer within 30 days after notice by the Wastewater Superintendent to make the correction, shall cause cancellation of the sewer tap permit, and all permits outstanding of the person, and shall be liable for all expenses or damages caused by neglect or failure to correct the defect.
