§ 51.036  CONNECTION TO PUBLIC SEWER REQUIRED WHEN AVAILABLE.
   At such time as a public sewer becomes available to property served by a private sewage treatment system, a direct connection shall be made to the public sewer within 60 days of notice by the city, and the private treatment system shall be taken out of service in a manner approved by the city.
