§ 51.035  PRIVATE SEWER SYSTEM TO COMPLY WITH STATE REGULATIONS.
   The type, capacity, location, and layout of a private sewage treatment system shall comply with all requirements of the state, or any agency or subdivision thereof. No septic tank or cesspool shall be permitted to discharge to any public sewer, ditch, or watercourse.
