§ 51.018  PRIVIES, VAULTS, SEPTIC TANKS, AND CESSPOOLS PROHIBITED.
   Except as herein provided, it shall be unlawful for any person to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool, or other facility intended for the treatment of sewage or wastewater on any property within the city.
