§ 51.017  REMOVAL OF UNPOLLUTED WATERS FROM TREATMENT FACILITY.
   The city shall require the removal of unpolluted waters from any wastewater collection or treatment facility if removal is cost-effective and is in the best interest of all users of the facilities.
